Do you offer mobile detailing at my home or workplace?
Yes. We offer fully equipped mobile detailing throughout Greater Columbus and surrounding areas. We just need a safe parking spot and access to water and power if required for your service.
Can you detail motorcycles, boats, or RVs?
Yes. Cars and trucks are our specialty, and we also detail motorcycles, boats, and RVs. Contact us for a custom quote based on size and condition.
What is the difference between paint correction and polishing?
Paint correction targets defects like swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches using machine polishing steps. Polishing is a lighter gloss enhancement. Correction delivers deeper, longer lasting results.
Do you use steam cleaning for interiors?
Yes. Steam allows us to sanitize, lift stubborn stains, and remove odors while using minimal chemicals.
Can you work on classic or luxury vehicles?
Absolutely. We use specialized products and techniques safe for high end and vintage finishes, interiors, and trim.
How do you protect electronics during interior cleaning?
We use low moisture methods around electronics, sealed vacuum attachments, and careful hand detailing for touchscreens and controls.

Yes. Larger vehicles require more time and materials, so there is a small additional fee. It is listed upfront before you book.

Booking
How long will the service take?
Each service has a set timeframe depending on the package and the condition of the vehicle. Exact durations are listed with every detail package on our site.
How do I book an appointment?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem. Let us know as soon as possible and we will adjust your time.
Do I need to drop the car off or can I wait?
You can drop off your vehicle or wait depending on the service length. We will let you know the best option when you book.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
Booking one to two weeks in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time.
Do you accept same day bookings?
If the schedule allows, we can sometimes accommodate same day requests. Check availability when you are ready.
Can I schedule detailing for weekends or after hours?
Yes. Weekend appointments are available and after hours can be arranged for certain jobs.
How do I confirm my booking?
After you book, you will receive a confirmation by text or email and a reminder before your appointment.
What is your bad weather policy for mobile services?
If weather makes detailing unsafe or ineffective, we will reschedule at no cost and get you the next available slot.

Are your products safe for leather, paint, or tinted windows?
Yes. We use professional grade products that are safe for leather, paint, and tint.
How long do the results last?
It depends on the service. Basic washes last days, sealants last weeks to months, and ceramic coatings can protect your vehicle for 2 plus years with proper care.

How can I keep my vehicle looking clean between details?
Avoid harsh automatic washes, use a quality microfiber for drying, and schedule maintenance washes to keep dirt from building up.
How often should I have my car detailed?
Most vehicles stay in top shape with a full detail every four to six months. High use or show vehicles may need more frequent care.
Does ceramic coating make my car scratch proof?
No coating is completely scratch proof. Ceramic coatings are highly scratch resistant and protect from UV, chemicals, and contaminants.
Will detailing remove existing scratches completely?
Light scratches can often be removed or greatly reduced. Deep scratches may need multi step correction or touch up.
Do you offer maintenance washes for coated vehicles?
Yes. We have maintenance packages designed to keep ceramic coated vehicles looking their best for years.
